What caught my attention in week thirty-six, 2023
In continuation to week 35, here are a few thoughts and things that caught my attention in week 36, 2023:
-
🚴♂️ I cycled 170 km and walked 53 km, including 19 km with the dog.
-
🧊 My son can solve a Rubik's Cube in under 2 minutes. I think when the evenings get longer again, maybe I should start trying this out too: How To Solve The 3x3 Rubik's Cube. I should also relearn knots. Oh, I need a part-time job.

📝 Exporter is a great app to export Apple Notes to markdown or HTML format.
-
🚢 I have absolutely no idea about this Docker stuff, but sooner or later, I may have to come back to it at some point. Thanks to Holger, already bookmarked: OrbStack · Fast, light, simple Docker & Linux on macOS
-
🖥️ Also no current use case for this app yet, but also already saved for later: Spectrolite - Spectrolite is a Mac desktop app by ANEMONE to make colorful 🌈 risograph prints and zines more easily.
-
🧭 The idea of this app is great, but somehow the subscription price seems too high: Luftlinie - simplifies your journey by showing you the general direction to your destination using a user-friendly compass interface.
-
🌠 With all the fuzz about Starfield, but without a Windows PC nor XBox I was thinking about subscribing to Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta). But I (re)started with Horizon Forbidden West on my PS4 instead.
-
🎮 Speaking of Gaming, I received my Retroid Pocket 2S. This Android based handheld was not as easy to setup as the Miyoo mini+ (with Onion OS) but so far it's an absolutely great device for the money it costs. IMHO highly recommended.
